Anti-Spam and Messaging Policy

This Anti-Spam and Messaging Policy applies to all use of email, SMS, MMS, voice calling, and mailing features on the CampaignCommander platform.
This policy supplements the Terms of Use and is mandatory for all users.
Permission-Based Communications Only
All communications sent through CampaignCommander must be permission-based.
You must:
- Have explicit opt-in or a lawful existing relationship
- Clearly identify yourself as the sender
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
The use of purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to:
- Send unsolicited or deceptive messages
- Conduct cold outreach via email or SMS
- Evade filters or detection systems
- Send misleading subject lines or caller identity
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Promote illegal goods or services
- Transmit malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
Email-Specific Rules
Email use must comply with applicable anti-spam laws.
Requirements include:
- Accurate sender and subject information
- Valid contact information
- Unsubscribe or preference management where applicable
- Immediate honoring of unsubscribe requests

SMS and MMS-Specific Rules
SMS and MMS messaging must comply with carrier and legal requirements.
Requirements include:
- Clear opt-in before messaging
- STOP instructions where required
- Immediate honoring of STOP requests
- HELP responses where applicable
Note: High-volume messaging may require additional registration or verification (A2P 10DLC compliance).
Voice Calling Rules
Calling features may not be used for:
- Robocalls without consent
- Caller ID spoofing
- Deceptive or abusive practices
You are responsible for compliance with call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Physical Mailing
If using mailing features:
- You must have a lawful basis to contact recipients
- Content must not be misleading
- Opt-out requests must be honored where required
Monitoring and Enforcement
CampaignCommander may monitor usage patterns to:
- Enforce this policy
- Protect deliverability and platform integrity
- Comply with provider and carrier requirements
Violations may result in:
- Rate limiting
- Message blocking
- Suspension or termination
- Reporting to providers or authorities where required
Account suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund. See our Billing and Cancellation Policy for details.
Reporting Abuse
To report spam or abuse:
Reports are reviewed and investigated promptly.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
