Billing and Cancellation Policy

This Billing and Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the CampaignCommander platform operated by Romain Berg, doing business as CampaignCommander. By using the platform, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Pricing Disclosure.
Pay-as-You-Go Billing Model
CampaignCommander operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are:
- No subscriptions
- No recurring monthly fees
- No long-term commitments
You add funds to your account balance in advance and usage charges are deducted as services are used. For complete pricing details, see our Pricing Disclosure.
Account Balances and Prepaid Funds
All funds added to your account are prepaid and stored as an account balance. Important terms:
- Account balances are not refundable
- Unused balances do not expire while the account remains active
- Balances have no cash value and are not transferable
By adding funds, you acknowledge and accept these terms. See our Pricing Disclosure for additional balance terms.
Usage Charges
Charges may apply for:
- Email sending
- SMS and MMS messaging
- Voice calling
- Physical mailing coordination
- Data validation or cleaning services
- Other platform features as disclosed
Rates may vary by service type and are displayed within the platform or documentation. You are responsible for monitoring your balance and usage. See our Pricing page for current rates and our Pricing Disclosure for rate visibility policies.
Failed Services and Credits
If a service fails due to a confirmed issue caused by CampaignCommander or its infrastructure, we may issue credits back to your account balance.
Credits:
- Are issued at our discretion
- Are applied to your account balance only
- Are not refundable or redeemable for cash
Credits are intended to offset future usage.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Unused account balances
- Accidental usage
- User error
- Changes in business needs
- Account termination or deletion
This applies even if you stop using the platform or choose to delete your account.
Account Cancellation and Deletion
You may stop using CampaignCommander at any time. You may also request account deletion.
Please note:
- Deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining balance
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored
- Certain data may be retained as required by law or operational necessity (see our Privacy Policy)
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of unused funds.
Suspension for Non-Payment or Abuse
If your account balance reaches zero, services may be paused until funds are added.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of our Terms of Use
- Violations of our Anti-Spam and Messaging Policy
- Fraud or abuse
- Legal or compliance risk
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact support within a reasonable time.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Billing and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
