No Subscriptions or Contracts

There are:

• No subscriptions
• No minimum commitments
• No long-term contracts

You may use the platform as much or as little as you want.

Charges may apply for the following services:

• Email sending
• SMS and MMS messaging
• Voice calling
• Physical mailing coordination
• Data validation or data cleaning services
• Other features made available within the platform

Rates may vary based on usage type, destination, carrier, or service provider costs. See our Pricing page for current rates.

Current rates are displayed:

• Inside the platform interface
• Within feature-specific documentation
• At the point of use where applicable

By using a service, you agree to the rate shown at the time of use.

Rates may change due to provider or carrier cost changes. Updated rates will be reflected in the platform.

Funds added to your account:

• Are prepaid
• Are stored as an account balance
• Do not expire while the account remains active
• Are not refundable
• Are not transferable
• Have no cash value

Unused balances remain available until used or forfeited upon account deletion. For complete balance terms, see our Billing and Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Monitoring your account balance
• Monitoring usage activity
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available

If your balance reaches zero, services may pause until additional funds are added.

Credits for Service Issues

If a service fails due to a confirmed issue caused by CampaignCommander, we may issue credits to your account balance.

Credits:

• Are applied to your balance only
• Are not refundable
• Are issued at our discretion

Credits are intended to offset future usage.

Taxes and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or government charges associated with your use of the platform, unless otherwise stated.

Changes to Pricing Disclosure
