Prep your mail artwork
Upload a print-ready PDF, PNG, or JPG. We print what you send. Wrong size, missing bleed, or text in the address block means a wasted mailing.
1. Build at the upload size, not the finished size. That extra 1/8" on every side is bleed.
2. Keep names, logos, and paid-for-by 1/8" inside the finished edge.
3. Leave the address block empty on the back of a postcard. Postage and the voter address print there.
4. 300 dpi. Same aspect ratio as the size you picked. No crop marks. 5 MB or smaller.

Front is yours. Back needs a clear rectangle for the address. Download a template, design on top of it, then delete the guide marks before you upload.
Letters
Every page 8.5" × 11". PDF. Embed or outline fonts. Keep the top-left of page 1 clear so the mailing address can print. No extra postage marks.

- PDF, PNG, or JPG only.
- PNG/JPG must match the upload size exactly. We do not crop or stretch.
- DPI is pixels ÷ inches. A 4.25" × 6.25" front needs at least 1275 × 1875 pixels.
- Do not draw your own stamp, barcode, or “Presorted Standard” box. That fights the real postage.
- Do not put a fake address in the bottom 2.4" of the front. The Post Office can scan the wrong side.
- Political mail still needs a paid-for-by line. Put it in the safe zone, not in the address block.
Screenshots and social graphics are 72 dpi. They look fine on a phone and print muddy. Export from Canva, InDesign, or Illustrator at the pixel sizes above, PDF preferred.
